We offer three core plans, each on a 12-month contract with monthly billing:
Essential ($180/month minimum) – Ideal for startups & small businesses.
Growth ($500/month minimum) – Designed for growing teams & professional firms.
Scale ($1,500/month minimum) – Best for high-volume businesses & regulated industries.
For enterprise customers, we offer custom pricing—contact sales for details.

No. All pricing is exclusive of GST. If applicable, GST (10%) will be added to your invoice.

All subscription plans require a 12-month minimum contract.
Billing occurs monthly in arrears.
Plans automatically renew for another 12 months unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal date.
If you wish to cancel your plan before the end of your contract, early termination fees may apply (see cancellation details below).

Yes, but an early termination fee (ETF) will apply. The ETF is equal to the remaining months on your contract.
For example, if you cancel after 6 months, you will be required to pay for the remaining 6 months in full.

Yes, you can:
Upgrade at any time – the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. For flexibility, your service uses pay as you go pricing when monthly minimums have been utilised so there is never a disruption to service.
Downgrade at the end of your 12-month term—not before.

Yes. We may adjust pricing once per year based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
We provide at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase.
New pricing takes effect at the end of your next billing cycle.
